Quick wear-time tips
- Wear your aligner 20–22 hours a day for best results.
- Bite your chewies 2–4 minutes each time you put it in.
- Mild soreness for 1–3 days after changing is normal.
- If the new aligner is tight or will not seat, do not force it — keep the current one and contact the clinic.
- The change date here is a guide. Your dentist's instruction always comes first.
